Home Inspection Limitation
Shamrock performs a visual inspection of the systems and components included as they exist at the time of inspection. Home Inspectors are governed by the rules in the New Jersey Administrative Code contained at N.J.A.C. §13:40-15, and we also follow American Society of Home Inspector standards (ASHI.)
