The average inspection time is 3-4 hours. We check it all and call it as is. In my opinion, everything is repairable and it is better to find out now than after closing. Our reports are generated on the iPad, include pictures, a summary page, and are e-mailed out as a PDF the same evening.
Presence During Inspection
It is not necessary, but advised, for you to be present at the time of the inspection. By accompanying the inspector and asking questions, your inspection also becomes a learning process for you. The inspector will offer you valuable tips on maintenance and equipment operation.
